Dhurandhar: The Revenge is all set to hit the theatres on March 19, 2026. The movie is up for a paid preview from 5 PM onwards on March 18, 2026, and people are already counting hours to witness the movie on the screens, and to know how the story will unfold after the death of 'Rehman Dakait'. The trailer was simply a mind-blower and showed some glimpses that left people wondering what was about to happen.
To mention, the plot has been kept under wraps, and no details have been leaked so far, with the movie being scheduled to be released within one day. Amid this, a close look at the trailer showed 'Uzair Baloch's brutal act, as he was seen playing football with a severed head. Do you know a similar real-life story like this particular scene? It could be possible that there's a link between the real story and what will be shown in the movie. Let's have a look!
As shown in the movie, 'Uzair Baloch', played by Danish Pandor doing a brutal act. As per reports, the real-life 'Uzair', 'Rehman Dakait's cousin, allegedly did the same thing to another gangster, 'Arshad Pappu', who has also been introduced in the movie, Dhurandhar. 'Arshad Pappu's role was played by Ashwin Dhar. To mention, reports back then were rife that after 'Rehman Dakait's death, 'Uzair' took control of the empire and rose to power. His name was allegedly associated with the area's most violent history. Reports claimed that 'Arshad Pappu' was believed to be killed by 'Uzair'.
Reportedly, 'Arshad's mutilated body was found in Lyari later. As per the locals, 'Arshad's body was reportedly displayed in public, with the severed head used as a football. Well, 'Uzair' in real life was one of the most feared gangsters in Lyari. His father was kidnapped for ransom by 'Arshad Pappu', in 2003, which ended in a murder, leaving the family devastated, as reported.
Following this, 'Uzair' was asked by his cousin 'Rehman' to join the gang, and he himself was against 'Arshad', who was trying to establish his own control in Lyari back then. As per reports, 'Uzair' was initially hesitant to join but later accepted the offer out of revenge, which became a turning point for him.

To mention, Dhurandhar has faced several charges when it was said that the movie was based on real events, but later CFBC and Aditya Dhar clarified that the movie is fictionalised. The names of the characters have been taken from real life, and Part 2 will show 'Hamza Ali Mazari's epic revenge, along with his past as 'Jaskirat Singh Rangi'.
'Bade Sahab' is the next target of 'Hamza', but everything about him has been kept under wraps till now, except for the unverified information that the role could be played by Emraan Hashmi (Not Officially Confirmed). People have been stuck to the trailer of the movie, and finding some more hidden details, with one being Uzair's brutal act and another peak moment of a fight between 'Hamza' and 'Major Iqbal'.
