Dharmendra Posts A 'Khoobsoorat' Picture Of Son, Bobby Deol, It Is Every Father Ever

Bollywood's 'He-Man', Dharmendra, has given numerous hits and great characters to the Hindi film industry over the years. But as a father, Dharmendra has proved time and again how wonderful, caring and loving he is. To a parent, every child is equal in their eyes. And the Deol family is all about love and bonding! Dharmendra was previously married to Prakash Kaur and has four children from her, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Ajeita and Vijeta. On the other hand, he has two daughters from his present actress-wife, Hema Malini, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.

Every now and then, Dharmendra uses his social media handles to share his heartfelt messages for his kids. Sometimes it's dedicated to Sunny or Bobby, sometimes to Esha or Ahana, and sometimes they are for his favourite grandchildren. Dharmendra has worked with his sons, Sunny and Bobby in the film series, Yamla Pagla Dewaana, and it showed how special their bond is! On December 8, 2021, the veteran actor had turned 86 years old, and his kids wished him good health and love.

"Ye chihra…Apna khayal nahin rakhta."

On December 22, 2021, Dharmendra replied to his previous post. Later, he revealed the reason behind posting the picture and stated his feelings for having such wonderful kids. The doting father wrote:

“Apne khoobsoorat Bobby ko kabhi kabhi samjhane ke liye aisi tasveeren post kar deta hoon ta ke woh hamesha apna khayal rakhe. Friends, I am extremely happy to be blessed with such loving kids."

Later, Dharmendra made a few more posts, replied to a few of his fans' messages, thanked them with all his heart, and later, apologised to them for keeping them in his boring trail of tweets. Dharmendra wrote:

Earlier in an old interview with The Filmfare, Bobby Deol had shared his feelings for his daddy dearest. He had explained that he thinks there has been a distance between his father and him even though they have a friendly relationship. He had said:

“When we were growing up, papa was working hard. So we didn’t spend much time with him. I used to go with him for outdoor shootings. People thought and acted in a different way then. The relation between father and children wasn’t as smooth then as it is in today’s generation. I made it a point to avoid that kind of a distance with my own kids. We have a friendly relationship.”

On the work front, Dharmendra will be next seen in the movie, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
