Dharmendra is a successful Bollywood actor, who has always been on the top list among the gossipmongers. There's no denying the fact that the He-Man of Bollywood has always been a ladies’ man, courtesy of his dapper looks. As Dharmendra was one of the most sought-after actors of his generation, his female co-stars were crazy about him. The actor, who was often embroiled in controversies, once again found himself on the receiving end of trolls as his old picture went viral.
Recently, a netizen dropped a vintage picture of Dharmendra, wherein he was seen posing with an Iranian dancer. The veteran actor was holding the woman from behind, while the latter placed both her arms around the actor's neck. The inappropriate photo grabbed many eyeballs, and it was shocking to see Dharmendra posing for such a picture in his adulthood. Atop the picture, a caption was written, which can be read as:
"Giving moral support? Dharmendra with an Iranian dancer in 'International crook'."

As soon as the picture was shared on Reddit, many users took to the post's comment section to slam Dharmendra. Reacting to it, a netizen wrote, "Dharam Paaji was a Grade A tharki back in the day but got away with it thanks to his good looks." Another commented, "And then he wouldn't allow his own daughters to wear sleeveless tops or shorts back at home." Meanwhile, a third one penned, "This is exactly why. Because he is the kind of man, he doesn’t want his daughters to attract. Screams insecurity."
For the unversed, Dharmendra got married twice. His first wedding was with Prakash Kaur, with whom he had four children, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Vijeta and Ajeita. Later, Dharmendra got married for the second time when he tied the knot with Hema Malini in 1980 without divorcing his first wife, Prakash. The duo was blessed with two daughters, Esha and Ahana. However, Dharmendra’s second wedding with Hema was an unconventional one, and it became a hot topic of discussion in the media for the longest time.

When Hema Malini and her daughters, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol, graced Simi Garewal's talk show, Rendezvous With Simi Garewal, the veteran actress revealed that her husband, Dharmendra, likes their daughters to be always dressed up in ethnic ensembles. Esha also recalled how she would make Dharmendra accept her decision to join films slowly, as he would get angry. The loving daughter also revealed her father, Dharmendra's possessive side and revealed that he always asks them to sit at home. Mentioning that his upbringing is Punjabi type, Esha revealed that it is only because of their mother that they could go out for sports and all.
