The wedding celebrations of DeVonta Smith and Mya Danielle started on June 12, 2026. The pair spent some time with their families at the Magic Kingdom Park, followed by a party on the same day, which witnessed the presence of Kool DJ Supamike. They invited almost 135 people to the marriage ceremony, held on June 13, 2026. It was a black-and-white themed wedding, held at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.

Musicians present at the ceremony played the songs Candy Rain by Soul for Real and So High by John Legend. The wedding was attended by popular faces from the world of the NFL, including Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown, Nakobe Dean, Jaylen Waddle, Pat Surtain II, Jordan Battle, Mack Wilson Sr., and more. The duo’s wedding was officiated by Pastor Joshua L. Mitchell, following which the guests went to the reception party, where DJ Mannie Fresh was invited to play the music for everyone.

The wedding cake, which was prepared at Anna Suliana Cakes, received a surprising reaction from the guests due to its height. The marriage ceremony ended with DeVonta Smith getting a surprise gift from Mya Danielle, which turned out to be a car that he had been wanting for himself for a long time.

Since the duo has not revealed a lot of details about their relationship, DeVonta Smith and Mya Danielle’s romance dates back to January 2023, when it was officially announced on Instagram. A few months later, in September 2023, the pair had a child named Kyse Danielle. They got engaged in December 2024, the same month when they were expecting a second child.

Following their recent wedding, DeVonta and Mya said in an interview that since they organise an annual trip to Disney every year, they decided to tie the knot in the same place, considering that they were able to return to the location that holds the best memories of their lives. Mya also recalled the time when she tied the knot with DeVonta and said:

“Neither of us could have imagined that years later we would be standing at the altar together. There’s something really special about being able to say that we’ve known each other since we were kids. We’ve had the opportunity to grow individually and together, and now we’re excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife.”

Mya mentioned that she wants her marriage with DeVonta to set an example of a healthy relationship. She said that she and DeVonta have built their bond with a lot of “trust, understanding, and mutual respect.” The couple is currently planning for a honeymoon that is going to cover multiple locations throughout Europe.
