Over the past few years, Deepika had given us memorable Cannes looks, which are still loved by the fashionmongers. However, this time, Deepika left everyone's jaw dropped by opting for a contemporary look.

For the first day of the Cannes Festival, Deepika ditched the Louis Vuitton ensembles and opted for everyone's favourite Indian designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. It is indeed one of the proudest moments for the nation, as Deepika showed off her Indo-Western style. She opted for a printed shirt with a pair of green trousers from Sabyasachi’s Tropic of Calcutta collection.

Deepika accentuated her look with a deconstructed maharani necklace and earrings from Sabyasachi's jewellery collection that has been crafted with extensively sourced multicoloured gemstones and uncut diamonds. She opted for bejewelled Christian Louboutin golden pumps. She channeled the boho vibes with a printed headband.

For the makeup, Deepika rocked a flawless base with winged eyeliner, brown-hued lips and thick brows. Her wavy locks on her face made her look prettier. Another highlight of Cannes Film Festival is that for the first time India has been announced as the Country of Honour at the Marche du Film (Cannes Film Market).
