Deepika Padukone, who is known for poise and grace, often gets subjected to trolls for her appearances. From donning baggy outfits to styling bold prints, there is nothing which Deepika cannot carry with panache. However, fashion police and trollers always have an opinion on her outfit, whether she wears a classy saree or a jhatank gown. And when an interviewer asked Deepika about her bold looks, she looked super irritated.
Recently, a video of Deepika from an event in 2019, is making rounds on the internet. In the clip, Deepika was asked about who, according to her, has more fun with outfits between her and her husband, Ranveer Singh. To this, the actress instantly shared that when she wears a white shirt and blue jeans, people call it boring, and when she tries to wear something fun, people compare her with Ranveer.

Deepika added that people even think she should not try bold looks and stick to classic stuff. Talking about the same, Deepika was quoted as saying:
"I wear a white shirt and blue jeans and everyone’s like so boring, why can’t she try something fun. And then when I try something fun they are like oh now she’s trying to be like her husband. She should just stick to doing the classic stuff that she always does. What do you want?"

When Deepika graced Dainik Bhaskar Conclave, she talked about her husband, Ranveer's style. She shared that he is unafraid to experiment with bold, vibrant colours and unconventional styles. Deepika called her husband, Ranveer's style fun and gender-neutral. She also shared that Ranveer would get inspired by her floral outfit when she would go back home. She had said:
"Aj ghar jaane ke baad he’s going to say 'Mujhe yeh pahen na hai'."
Last year, Deepika was papped at the airport in a bold look. The gorgeous actress had worn a red-coloured turtleneck sweater, which she paired with red leather pants. She accessorised her look with a red cap, a red and white bag and a pair of pink heels. However, the look was too flashy, and it had not gone well with the netizens.
Deepika's airport look made trollers target her. While one user had written, "Is her stylist now Ranveer Singh", another user commented, "Zomato delivery". One netizen also commented that she looks like Ranveer's wife. One of the netizens had written, "She looks like a joke now, looks like Ranveer designs her wardrobe."
