Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh took their wedding vows on November 14-15, 2018 in Italy. The much-awaited wedding finally took place after months of speculations under immense security. We had all been waiting for Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding pictures, and after so many delays and long waits, the couple finally shared their first official photographs on the night of November 15. Post their wedding in Italy, Deepika and Ranveer returned to India on November 18, 2018, and were happily greeted by fans at the airport. Later, Deepika was welcomed by the Bhavnanis during the grih pravesh ceremony. The couple then hosted their first wedding reception in Bangalore on November 21, 2018, which was graced by celebrities like PV Sindhu, Anil Kumble, among others.
Deepika and Ranveer have two more wedding receptions to go in Mumbai but before that, we must bring to your notice that last night (November 24, 2018), the couple had a blast in their wedding party organised by Ranveer’s sister, Ritika Bhavnani at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. We surely made your Sunday with the above pictures, right? Reportedly, Deepika donned herself in an embroidered lehenga from Sabyasachi's Kesribai Pannalal collection. The most striking feature of her look is her hair as you can see. Deepika’s hair stylist, Clarabelle Saldanha, took to her Instagram handle and sharing the following pictures wrote, “Every girl needs a #hairstylist & this #gorgeous girl has two of us!! @georgiougabriel are we the lucky ones or is she?? thank you @deepikapadukone for calling us your lifelines.”
Ranveer Singh, on the other hand, sported a long silk jacket designed by the ace designer, Manish Arora. Manish shared the following pictures of Ranveer from the grand wedding party and captioned them as, “When my friend and one of the best actors in India asks me to make clothes for his wedding party this is what is the result @ranveersingh my love congratulations it’s been crazy fun to dress you up yet again and it’s just the beginning ! Next should be burning man?”
In fact, talking to the IANS, Manish revealed that Ranveer’s energy and charm add to his outfit a better look. He said, “It's overwhelming to see his love for my designs; the garment is a special one which is reimagined from one of my outfits at Burning Man. The outfit has intricate embellishments and our signature pink fluoro and heart motifs. I can't wait to see him torching the dance floor in my outfit.” Ranveer’s outfit also contained handcrafted embellishments, jewellery from Amrapali Jaipur, along with a multi-layered pearl and polki necklace.
A few days ago, Code Silver shared a few pictures of the return gifts given to DeepVeer’s wedding guests. They captioned the pics as, “Ivory & gold! It was a pleasure fabricating Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh’s wedding giveaways! Deepika and Ranveer’s Bangalore reception was a fun-filled ceremony. Pics and videos from the reception went viral on social media like how.
