In October 2024, Olmo and Schmitt arrived together at the 68th Ballon d’Or Ceremony at the Chatelet theater in Paris. Photos from the red carpet showed them posing together, marking one of their first big public appearances as a couple. Their visibility continued to increase. Laura was also spotted in the stands for the Nations League in 2025 for a match between Portugal and Spain.
After an intense season with Barcelona, Olmo spent time off relaxing with Laura on the Italian coast.
