Dalljiet Kaur is going through the toughest phase of her life. The moment she decided to give love another chance, within ten months of marriage, her entire world was shaken up. The actress, who kept her calm and tried not to talk about her separation from her second husband, Nikhil Patel, in the media, was forced to do so due to the circumstances. Recently, Dalljiet first time talked about shocking details of her separation from Nikhil Patel and how he had completely denied getting married to her.
Dalljiet Kaur, who got married to Nikhil Patel in March 2023 and moved to Kenya to live with him, moved back to India with her son in January 2024. Soon, murmurs of separation made rounds on the internet. While for a few months, she kept quiet, thinking about her family's dignity, Dalljiet finally broke her silence and revealed how her husband, Nikhil, had denied getting married to her.

In a cryptic note written in Hindi, Dalljiet penned a heartbreaking note. She revealed her clothes, her chooda, her mandir, everything is in Keny at her husband's home. The clothes of her son and his books are all there, but her husband is denying them and saying they never got married. Not only this, she also questioned whether she never got married to Nikhil. However, Dalljiet soon deleted the note from her IG handle. Her note can be read as:
"Mere kapde, mera chooda, mera her samaan wahi hai, mera ghar wahi hai. Mere bacche ke kapde, kitabe aur umeed apne pita se, sab wahi hai. Mera sasural wahi hai. Mere haatho se banayi hui tasveer us diwaar par hai. Wahi hai, her diwaar par meri saare wahi hai. Pati kahe rahe hai vo mera ghar nai, kahe rahe hai shaadi kabhi hui nai. SN apka kya kehna hai, kya Nikhil mere pati hai? Kya hui nahi humari shaadi apke hisaab se bhi?"
On May 24, 2024, Dalljeit took to her Instagram handle and posted a video from her latest bridal shoot. In the clip, we can see her donning a heavy red-toned lehenga. The actress was clad in heavy jewellery including a nath, a maangteeka, matching earrings, and a neckpiece. While her makeup and hair were on point, one could clearly see the pain in her eyes as she posed for the camera.
Sharing the photos, Dalljiet penned a cryptic note, and it seems like it hinted at her troubled marriage and choosing to suffer in silence for the sake of her kids and how her family has been with her so that she doesn't fall. Her note can be read as:
"She chooses her silence for the sake of her kids. While her family holds her tight not to let her fall. She waits. Hey SN do u have a kid too?"
