Charlize Theron has beautifully flaunted her age and doesn't believe in hiding her fine lines and wrinkly cheeks, which are a testament to her extraordinary life of fifty years. Once in an interaction, Charlize Theron revealed that she wants to age in a way that feels right. She even expressed her thoughts on being empathetic towards the journey. She said:
"I also think women want to age in a way that feels right to them. I think we need to be a little bit more empathetic to how we all go through our journey. My journey of having to see my face on a billboard is quite funny now."
Further, Charlize accepted that her face is changing and is loving the change, as it shows she is ageing well, which is also important. She revealed that people judge her, stating that she had a facelift, but no, it is her ageing, and no plastic surgery. She was quoted as saying:
"My face is changing, and I love that my face is changing and ageing. People think I had a face-lift. They’re like, ‘What did she do to her face?’ I’m like, 'Bitch, I’m just ageing! It doesn’t mean I got bad plastic surgery. This is just what happens.'"
Talking about Charlize's weight loss, which left many wondering, the actress tries to maintain a certain weight. When she once gained weight for a film, she revealed that all she needed to do was miss three meals to get back to her normal weight. She revealed that this made her realise that she won't gain weight for any role in the future.
