Over the years, Cameron has continued to give some blockbusters, including There's Something About Mary, Charlie's Angels and its sequel, the Shrek franchise, The Holiday, and others. In her personal life, Cameron got married to Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden. The duo welcomed their first child, a daughter, in 2019, and their second child, a son, in 2024.
It was a few months ago, Benji and Cameron made a surprise announcement, stating that they welcomed their third child, a baby boy. It was last year that, ending her 11-year hiatus, Cameron made her comeback with Netflix's action-comedy, Back In Action. She voiced 'Princess Fiona' in Shrek 5 and also starred alongside Keanu Reeves in the dark comedy Outcome. The actress recently made a striking appearance during Rob Lowe's son, Matthew Lowe’s, star-studded wedding. Page Six released a photo, and the actress's look from the event sparked scrutiny on social media.
Cameron Diaz's recent look is being scrutinized
Cameron Diaz was seen at the star-studded event, standing next to Zoe Saldana and her husband, Marco Perego-Saldana. She wore a gorgeous black-toned dress and flaunted her ashy light brunette hair with platinum highlights.
Cameron's fans on social media claimed that she looked a bit different, and the reason must be her hairstyle. The photo wasn't high resolution, so her face couldn't be seen clearly; still, conversation about Cameron's latest look began, sparking debates about surgery and other wild theories.

Cameron Diaz shared Botox has changed her face
Amid this, Cameron's old remark about surgeries resurfaced. It was in 2014 when Cameron sat for an interview with Entertainment Tonight to promote her book, The Body Book, and, speaking about the same, the actress revealed that she once had a little Botox done somewhere; however, it changed her face in such a way that the actress realized that she didn't want to see herself like that. She preferred looking aged, than to have a face that didn't belong to her. Speaking of the same, Cameron mentioned:
“It changed my face in such a weird way that I was like, ‘No, I don’t want to [be] like [that]’ … I’d rather see my face aging than a face that doesn’t belong to me at all. I love life. I’m happy I don’t have a problem with that."
While Cameron herself wouldn't opt for Botox again or undergo surgery, she has no issue with other people doing it. Having said that, Cameron isn't against people choosing surgery, and she doesn't condemn it. According to the actress, who is also an author, surgeries are there to make people feel a bit good about themselves, and that's totally fine. The author further revealed that aging is a cellular event and it happens in cells too, thus, people should also focus on staying healthy.

During her early days in Hollywood, Cameron dealt with skin issues, mainly adult acne. The actress revealed feeling embarrassed as she always had to be on camera, and no solution actually worked on her skin issues. The actress used to feel sad for herself. Over the years, a change in lifestyle and eating habits helped her to get rid of her issues. Cameron said:
“It was really challenging to cover them up for the cameras. It was awkward and embarrassing and frustrating, and I always felt really bad about myself.”
