Brooklyn Beckham Sells Out His Family Feud For Instagram Ad, Netizens Say 'Divorced Your Entire..'

The Beckham family are embroiled in a huge controversy after their family dynamics with their elder son, Brooklyn Beckham, came into the media. Brooklyn is on a cold war with his family, so much so that he didn't even meet his younger sister, Harper Beckham, who returned from his home. In a shouty statement, Brooklyn called it a staged act. Now, he sold off his family drama for an Instagram advertisement.

But taking your whole family on a media trial and selling the feud for an advertisement left many in shock. On June 16, 2026, Brooklyn Beckham, who has been making headlines for his cold war with his family, took to his Instagram handle and shared an advertorial. 

In the sponsored clip, Brooklyn stated that people might be wondering why he was watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home, and he added that it is a long story. As the video ends, a message reads, "It's complicated. More soon", hinting there will be more such cryptic posts he is going to share. Brooklyn took a dig at his family, and it seemed he enjoyed the opportunity to hit back at his family, as the video had a number of seemingly hidden messages. 

Brooklyn, who often wore a Patek Philippe Nautilus watch worth 250,000 pounds, which was gifted by his father, replaced it with a new one on his coffee table. There was also a stack of unopened letters from home, perhaps a way of showing that he won't reconcile. It is worth mentioning that this comes amid the Beckham family's numerous attempts to make things better. But Brooklyn had turned down all the chances to end the feud with his parents, brothers and sisters.

As soon as Brooklyn shared the post, netizens flooded the comments section with shouty messages for him. One user wrote, "Mate, just speak to your parents, you turned out alright, which is evidence they did a great job raising you. If they have offended most recently they are only human & I'm sure it won't happen again. Peace." Another one commented, "Brooklyn, why didn't you open the door for your sister Harper? What were you so busy with? Making burgers with hot sauce?" 

A third user penned, "Dude forbids his family from talking about him, but he’s willing to be part of this pathetic ad. Low blow." Another netizen commented, "Because ur father is there and u are in no speaking terms with ur parents, duh." A fifth one wrote, "You’re at home because you divorced your entire family?"

Brooklyn Beckham's recent controversy arose when he refused to open the door for his baby sister

The Beckhams' latest controversy erupted after his 14-year-old sister, Harper Beckham, visited his home, which he shares with his wife, Nicola Peltz. The two accused the Beckhams of using Harper and staging the whole act. However, David and Victoria's friend slammed the accusation levelled at the 14-year-old. But Brooklyn's representative has another story. They said:

"The fact that photographers were in place as the letter was hand delivered says it all – this was choreographed for the cameras."
