On November 2, 2026, Britney took to her Instagram handle and shared a post with the title that she would find a new family while slamming her sister and her ex. She posted a photo of a young girl showing an obscene reaction. She said she would find a new family and revealed that her sister never let her hold her niece when she visited.
Britney Spears further added that her ex-husband, Kevin, would never let her use the bathroom when she would pick up her children from his house. The pop star further added that they made her feel like a slave, and while they did everything behind her back, she kept working for her father. She wrote:
"I will find a new family. Jamie Lynn never let me hold Ivy one time when I would visit in Louisiana. During COVID, on two-week trips, Kevin wouldn’t let me use the bathroom when I would pick my children up at their house. They made me feel like a slave and had all the secret things they did behind my back, and all I ever did was work for my dad !!! I will find a new family!"
Britney shares two children with her ex-husband, Kevin, Sean Preston, who is 21 years old, and Jayden James, who is 20. However, it is not clear what made Britney bare her heart out in a fiery post and share her thoughts. It is worth adding that Britney's post came days after a report by Page Six revealed that her ex-husband is facing a staggering credit card bill.
It is revealed that Britney's ex-husband, Kevin, owes USD 117,704 total to City National Bank for a credit card, a line of credit and an overdraft line. Kevin and Britney were married from 2004 to 2007; the singer paid him USD 40,000 per month as child support for their sons, whom he was raising in Hawaii. The payment was reduced to USD 20,000 when her son Sean turned 18, and Jayden James graduated from high school.
Kevin was sued in February due to the huge amount he owes Bank of America, and it seems like he paid the amount as the lawsuit ended four months later. Talking about Britney's relationship with her sister, Jamie, they have not been on talking terms for years. Britney openly revealed that she feels her family betrayed her, including her sister.
Britney accused her sister of taking benefits from her family's fame and assets. Their feud escalated after Jamie claimed that Britney's behavior was erratic and paranoid. In return, Britney slammed her sister on social media, calling her a 'selfish little brat'.
