In this era of social media, we all wish to do things that are unique and trendsetting. Especially when it is about our wedding or wedding in our house, we go berserk brainstorming how we can make it unique and different from others. We stalk all the wedding pages and all the celebrity weddings that happened recently to acquire some ideas and to find what can be done differently. From kaleeron ki chaadar to dancing on the entry, the brides and grooms are ensuring that they make an impact with whatever they do.
We have seen brides wear different lehengas, experiment with their haldi or mehendi look or go crazy at their sangeet, and we are totally loving the new-age brides. The brides these days are all about enjoying the biggest days of their lives rather than frowning, panicking or being shy. One of the new age brides that blew our mind with many unique things in her wedding is Anisha Khanna, whose kaleeras, mehendi and dance for her groom made us fall in love with her.
Anisha Khanna married the love of her life, Rachit Sadana and the grandeur of her wedding has become the talk of the town. The bride is going viral on the internet for all the right reasons as she shared how a sundowner-wedding can be done right. In the video, going viral over the internet, we can see her perform a cute dance for her groom, Rachit on the song, Mere Sohneya Sohneya Ve from Kabir Singh and Dil Diyan Gallan from Ek Tha Tiger. For her wedding, she had opted for a rust colour lehenga from designer, Rimple & Harpreet Narula with intricate floral embroidery over it. She had added a heavy Polki choker neckpiece with a big nath and a matha-patti adding grace to her look. However, it was her doli kaleeras that had caught our attention. Along with the traditional kaleeras, she had worn a square-shaped kadha with doli kaleeras in orange colour attached to it from Dulhanama. Her cute dance has been winning the internet and later, her groom joins her, making it an even more special moment.
In another video from her mehendi ceremony, Anisha can be seen narrating her love story as designed on her mehendi. From Qutub Minar, Delhi, the place where she had met the love of her life to Lotus Temple, where they had their roka, Anisha had beautifully gotten her love story designed on her hands in henna. Their New York meeting, their proposal date, their court-wedding date in Chicago, everything was inscribed in her mehendi making it way too special. For her mehendi, Anisha had chosen a yellow ensemble with floral jewellery, looking like a doll.
In their wedding video, Anisha and Rachit had narrated their love story and how they had met. The video starts with Anisha recalling how they were introduced through family friends as they both live in the United States, however, had met for the first time in Delhi. Rachit had also shared that the first time he had met Anisha, he knew that he will marry her, but still wanted to spend time with her before. The two already had a court marriage in Chicago and this was their second wedding with each other. The video beautifully captures their love story and wedding tale. From mehendi to sangeet to shaadi, everything about their wedding is a treat to our eyes. The video beautifully captures every emotion and makes everything look surreal.
Well, we loved how Anisha added a personalised touch to everything in her wedding and her doli kaleeras are stunning. What are your views?
