A model named Noelle Leyva made some serious allegations against him and asked for a restraining order against him, claiming that she's 'anxious and scared'. Bradley Martyn has a strong influence on social media. He began his journey in 2014, and as of now, he has over 3 million subscribers on YouTube and 4 million followers on Instagram.
The Los Angeles-based fitness YouTuber turned his gym, Zoo Culture, into a content set. Apart from owning a gym, he is also the host of the Raw Talk podcast. Bradley also runs an apparel brand. While he has been growing strong on social media, a recent incident drew significant attention when one of the models, Noelle Leyva, alleged he misbehaved with her during a Halloween party in Los Angeles.
Model, Noelle Leyva alleges that Bradley Martyn attacked and abused her
Noelle Leyva also boasts thousands of followers on social media, and recently, in an application for a civil harassment restraining order, she mentioned that Bradley Martyn hit her in the chest. According to her application, the incident happened on October 29, 2026, and it has left her scared, anxious and fearful for her life.
Detailing what happened, Noelle shared that she was at the party and was called by a girl who wanted to talk to her. During that time, Bradley, who was also conversing with the girl, saw Noelle and allegedly hit her and pushed her to the ground, using a derogatory word for her. According to Noelle:
"I realized Mr. Martyn was speaking with her. As soon as he saw me, he said, 'F—k off you stupid wh—e' and hit me across the chest and pushed me onto the ground."
Noelle Leyva was left with visible marks on her body following the altercation, as shared by her. The 25-year-old model also revealed that Bradley held grudges against her. Sharing the reason, she mentioned that she and the fitness influencer had a business partnership that failed three years ago, in 2023, and since then, Bradley reportedly continued to hold a grudge against her, allegedly telling his friends and close ones that he wished 'she was dead' for what she did to him.
Noelle Leyva files restraining order against Bradley Martyn
Noelle shared that she initially didn't take the threats seriously; however, what happened at the Halloween party left her anxious and scared about her life. Bradley Martyn, however, vehemently denied the allegations, as revealed by The California Post. On the other hand, Noelle is getting support from her fans as well as from her beau, Colin Hughes.
If the reports are to be believed, several photos have been submitted as evidence, and Colin Hughes also shared in his statement that Bradley forcefully shoved Noelle to the ground, even though she had done nothing to provoke him. He further mentioned how alarming and frightening the situation had been. He said:
"Bradley is approximately 6'3" and weighs 260 pounds, while Noelle is approximately 5'4" and weighs 100 pounds. Given the significant difference in their physical size and strength, witnessing Bradley forcefully push Noelle to the ground was extremely alarming and frightening."
As this was a matter of concern, and Noelle was scared and anxious, she had to take the step of filing for a restraining order against Bradley, in which she requested that he stay 50 yards away from her, her friends, her job and her vehicle. Noelle further requested that Martyn stop 'vilifying me, directly or through his proxies, on social media for filing this petition and post negative commentary about me, my life and my friends'.
