Boney Kapoor has been living the best phase of his life, now that all his children have been well raised and are at the zenith of their careers. Most recently, his youngest daughter, Khushi Kapoor made her debut into films and was popularly recognised for the same. In fact, after years of his recognition as a filmmaker, Boney himself made his debut as an actor in the film, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar.
According to a recent report, Boney Kapoor, along with his daughters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor sold off a total of four properties, making a deal of more than Rs. 12 crores in all. The first two flats, situated in Andheri West, Mumbai were situated on the first floor in Lokhandwala Complex. With a built-up area of 1870.57 square feet for both of them, the flats come with an open parking. The two flats was sold for Rs. 6.02 crores, and the deal was signed on November 2, 2023.

In yet another separate deal, the father-daughters trio have sold two more apartments in the same complex for an overall price of Rs. 6 crores. The size of these two flat units cumulatively come to around 1614.59 square feet and they too come with an open car parking each. The deal was signed on October 12, 2023.
Back in November 2022, Janhvi Kapoor became a proud owner of a duplex bungalow located in Bandra, Mumbai. She purchased the first and second floor of the building in Bandra West’s Pali Hill area. Along with her sister, Khushi Kapoor and daddy, Boney Kapoor, the trio purchased their lavish new home, that is spaced in an area of 8669 square feet. The price of the bungalow was estimated to be around Rs. 65 crores. According to Square Feat India by Indextap.com, the luxurious bungalow came along with a private garden, swimming pool and five car parking spaces.

Well, with her steady success in films, Janhvi Kapoor has made to the headlines for his quite frequent expensive purchases. Back in 2022, the actress had landed upon another luxurious new property, spaced across the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of an apartment complex situated in the JVPD area of Juhu, Mumbai. Janhvi paid Rs. 39 crores for the three floors of magnificent space.
