Bipasha Basu and her hubby, Karan Singh Grover are living the best days of their lives with their cutesy munchkin, Devi. For the unversed, Bipasha tied the knot with the man of her dreams in 2016, and after six years of marital bliss, the duo hopped onto their parenthood journey. For those who don't know, Bipasha Basu conceived Devi via IVF treatment. Moreover, Devi's mummy and papa never leave a chance to provide their fans with cute glimpses of their baby girl. And now, in a recent interview, Bipasha and Karan opened up about their parenthood journey. The actress also talked about the trolls and body-shaming she received for postpartum weight gain.
In an interview with News18 Showsha, Bipasha Basu shared that she doesn't pay any attention to the trolls and negativity around her. Talking about the body shaming and negativity she has received for her postpartum weight gain, Bipasha mentioned that she remains unbothered by such things. The actress can be quoted as saying:
"I would like to tell them to please keep trolling. It’s completely fine because I’m not bothered."

In the same interview, Karan and Bipasha opened up about their parenthood journey. The actress shared that her life has completely changed after becoming a mother, and Devi is her number one priority. Sharing that her life revolves around her daughter only, Bipsaha said:
"Devi’s my number one when it comes to everything and anything. Whether my eyes are open or shut, it’s always her. Every time I step out, I just want to run back home and be with her. Everything in my life now revolves around her… Karan is number three, I’m number two and Devi is number one."
In response to Bipasha's statement, Devi's papa, Karan said that nothing much for him has changed. The actor also funnily added that he was a slave of one master, and now that there are two masters.
In the same interview, Bipasha Basu talked about her and Karan's bonding with their cutesy little princess, Devi. The actress shared that Devi is ten months old, but she bullies her papa and also her mom. Sharing how much she enjoys it, Bipasha said:
"I’m the more disciplined one. Karan’s the one always getting bullied by her. She’s ten months old but she bullies her father. I let that happen because it’s cute to watch it. In fact, she bullies me too. I’ve finally found someone who bullies me."
In one of her earlier interactions with actress, Neha Dhupia, Bipasha Basu made a shocking revelation and shared that her daughter, Devi was born with two holes in her heart. Bipasha also recalled the toughest time that she and Karan had to go through post becoming parents and stated how they used to go for scans every month, and the doctors were doubtful that the holes were healing. However, Bipasha and Karan waited for three months, and finally, they decided to opt for surgery.

In the same interview, Bipasha stated that while Karan was not ready for Devi's surgery, she didn’t want her baby girl to go through anything in the future. And finally, when Devi was in the OT, Bipasha shared that she felt like her life had stopped. Bipasha also stated that Devi's operation went on for six hours, and she was hopeful that nothing wrong would happen, but still, she was anxious. Bipasha added that the surgery was successful, and now Devi is okay.
