On December 6, 2021, Colors TV official IG handle shared a small clip from the latest episode of Bigg Boss 15 featuring Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra sharing a cosy moment. In the video, we can see Karan striking up a conversation with Tejasswi about their relationship and asking whether she is genuinely serious about him or it will end after the show. He can be seen asking:
“Tu mujhe pasand toh karti hai na? Show ke baad bhi aise toh nahi matlab.."
Responding to this, the Swaragini actress, Tejasswi Prakash blushed and said "Haan. You don't know how I feel about you". While talking further, she asked the same question to Karan whether he is sure about her. And, Karan stated that his feelings for her are growing every day. He said, "Every day I fall in love." And Tejasswi couldn't hold her emotions and leaned forward to kiss him.

In an old press conference, the couple, Karan and Tejasswi had opened up about their relationship. When the media had asked Karan to address his current situation with Tejasswi, the actor had explained that he had never thought about finding love inside the house. He had said:
"I've come to play with all my heart and not to play with anyone's heart. This strategy about playing the love angle in the show to be seen is not at all in my mind. Before coming to Bigg Boss I had shared with the media in my interviews that I am not going inside the house to find love. But after coming inside the house, I found a companion like Tejasswi in the house. These things I never planned to do.. It just happened because there are things which are beyond my control. It is a matter of heart."
Going further into the conversation, Tejasswi was asked to share her perspective of having a 7-year age gap between her and Karan. Stating the facts and her feeling for him, the actress had replied:
"The age factor can never be a problem for me as you know I've done a show like Pehredaar Piya Ki. I have been the lead in it. My father is also 10 years older than my mom so age gap can never be an issue. I like Karan the most and if someone says something bad to him, I will never stay quiet about it. In future also if someone says anything to him, I will get into that fight and react. It affects and hurts me when someone says something bad to Karan Kundrra."
