"I have great Indian genes! You know, I'm lazy. I want to take advantage of the fact that I have a great metabolism. When I start getting fat I'll work on it! I like food, and I don't like the gym, and as long as I look like this without doing anything, why bother?"

"My usual gym regimen is cardio four times a week for about half an hour. I also include some resistance training like squats. I also love swimming, it’s a full body workout and I'll try to do 10 laps continuously."

She drinks at least ten glasses of water in a day, and coconut water alternately. The star avoids oily food and prefers eating ghar ka khaana.

Her diet plan includes:

  • Breakfast -2 egg whites or oatmeal with a glass of skimmed milk

  • Lunch - Dal, veggies with two chapattis and salad

  • Evening snack - Turkey sandwich or a sprout salad

  • Dinner - Soup with grilled chicken or fish with some sautéed veggies

"I often indulge my taste buds over weekends and they are reserved for binging on chocolates, cakes and tandooris."

"I’m really strict with my skincare regimen. No matter what’s happening in my life, I wash my face every single night and I moisturize—even if it's 4am. It’s so ingrained in me, before I even go into the bedroom, I just go straight to the basin and wash up."

"Yogurt for my skin and also for my hair. For my hair, I mix half a cup of yogurt (for moisture) with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice (great for exfoliating), apply it to your scalp and leave it on for about half an hour. Shampoo as usual and voila!"

And to keep her face radiant even while travelling the actress uses a hydration mask. She once said:

"Every day, especially when I'm travelling in the airport and stuff and you're feeling tired, you have to make sure you look perked up. So hydrating the face, which is moisturising. I always put a SK2 hydration mask on my face 20 minutes before I land."
