Bigg Boss 17's just-released promo has yet again grabbed the netizens' attention as it showed one of the contestants of the show, Munawar Faruqui breaking down. However, netizens reacted to it strongly. The incident occurred after a wild card contestant named Ayesha Khan entered the show. The popular social media influencer-cum-model revealed many things about her history with Munawar and called him a 'womaniser'. Furthermore, Munawar was also seen seeking an apology from Ayesha for the same.
The makers of the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 17, shared a promo video of the upcoming episode. In the video, Munawar Faruqui was left in tears after Ayesha Khan called him a cheater and a womaniser on national television. He was wearing a black hoodie with a green t-shirt underneath. Moreover, while he was sobbing, he was seen surrounded by a few friends, who are his fellow-contestants, including Mannara Chopra and others, consoling him for the same.

Soon after the video was uploaded, netizens started reacting to it. While a few netizens reminded him of how he poked fun at Isha Malviya when Samarth Jurel entered the house. The others lent their support towards him. One comment can be read, "Sympathy card on." Another netizen wrote, "Yar makers toh hath dhoke piche padgye #MunawarFaraqui k wkw kya kum tha jo pura week usko torture krna chahte hai."

Ayesha Khan has claimed that Munawar is an alleged womanizer. Moreover, she has mentioned that Munawar proposed marriage to her while he was seeing Nazila Sitaishi. However, on the show, the stand-up comedian has been pretending that he is still in a relationship with Nazila. Finally, if reports are to be believed, then it will be revealed on the show that they had broken up before he entered the house. Ayesha told that she found out about the same when Nazila uploaded a picture with Munawar. Although Ayesh couldn't understand who was alongside Nazila, she tried to clarify the same from his manager. But without getting any response from Munawar's manager, Ayesha contacted Nazila and the latter confirmed that it was indeed him. Ayesha also revealed the same thing in an interview with Pinkvilla.

Further, Ayesha revealed that Munawar seriously apologised for his two-timing incident and expressed how he found her perfect for marriage. The model revealed how Munawar called her a beautiful human being inside out and claimed that she has proof of the statements which he had made to woo Ayesha. But Munawar didn't deny all such things and admitted to professing his love to Ayesha Khan. He was also seen wearing a bracelet gifted by her to him.
