Bollywood actress, Shilpa Shetty Kundra's mother, Sunanda Shetty has landed in legal trouble. The Shetty-Kundra family has gone through a lot in 2021 after Raj Kundra was arrested under the charges of making pornographic films in Mumbai. However, after four-months Raj Kundra had got bail. Later on, Raj had openly talked about his innocence in the media.
Now, a cheating case has been filed by a businessman over loan repayment against Shilpa's mother. Earlier, two summons were issued against the Shetty family. And looks like their problems have just started as a bailable warrant has been issued against Sunanda Shetty.

Recently, magistrate court issued a bailable warrant against the actress, Shilpa's mother, Sunanda for non-appearance in a cheating case. For the unversed, it was stated that a proprietor of Mervin Automotive, Parhad Amra had alleged that Shilpa's father, Surendra Shetty had taken a hand loan of Rs. 21 lakh from him in 2015. However, after his death in 2016, the family had refused to repay the loan.
Coming back to Shilpa Shetty Kundra's husband, Raj Kundra's case, the star husband had clearly stated that he was framed in the case. After coming out on bail, Raj had talked about his innocence and had shared that his bank accounts were frozen and hence, he was not able to take the bail on time.
Shilpa has gone through a lot of hiccups in the last year. However, Shilpa has shown immense courage during difficult times. The gorgeousness had made sure to keep her kids, Viaan and Samisha, away from all the negativity and tension. She had not only celebrated all the rituals with her kids but she was also seen taking a lot of religious trips.

Earlier, this year, Shilpa had posted a beautiful video of seeking blessings at the Shridi temple with her husband, Raj. In the video, we could see Shilpa donning a red-coloured ensemble while Raj was wearing a grey-hued kurta. The couple's face was covered with masks. Alongside it, Shilpa had written:
"Sabka Maalik Ek, Shraddha aur Saboori, Om Sai Ram!"
On the work front, Shilpa Shetty Kundra had made her comeback on the silver screens with Hungama 2!
