Becoming a mother is the most beautiful feeling that any woman ever experiences. Embracing motherhood is a joyous moment which completely changes your world!
Many of the celebrities, especially from Bollywood have changed how we use to see pregnancy earlier. Earlier, women use to stay at home and take rest. But now, preggers are not shying away from flaunting their baby bump! A lot of B-town ladies flaunted their baby bump with much panache!
One such lady was star wife Avantika Malik. Avantika, wife of actor Imran Khan became a mother to the little princess, Imara in 2014. Due to her pregnancy, Avantika gained a lot of weight.
As she was a doting mom, taking care of her baby girl 24x7, Avantika wasn’t able to shed the pregnancy weight initially. But, once Imara grew, she started concentrating on her weight loss.
She chose dancing instead of working out in the gym to get her pre-pregnancy body back! She used to share a lot of her dance videos on her Instagram handle to inspire other mommies to get back in shape.
Sharing her weight loss journey through dancing, she said:
“2 years ago when I started Dancersize with Jessica @lord_bigglesworth I was 25 kgs heavier (post baby) and my body just would NOT move. Having always been a competent dancer I just couldn't understand what was happening with my body. And now I have managed this routine. I'm hella proud coz this was NOT easy. So thank you Jessu for pushing us to do things we never thought we could. Also excellent workout for your core, glutes, thighs and some intense CARDIO.”

It has been almost two years that the lady is rigorously working on her body. She has lost more than 25 kilos, after delivering her first baby. We are glad to see Avantika in her glam avatar!
