On July 13, 2022, Athiya Shetty took to her Instagram stories and shared a cryptic yet hilarious note that is receiving all the attention at the moment. Athiya's note was a direct response to the ongoing reports in the media about her wedding with Indian cricketer, KL Rahul. Responding to the same, Athiya penned how she was hoping to get an invitation to the wedding that is taking place in the next 3 months. Only time will tell, whether it was a slight dig from Athiya on her wedding reports or a confirmation that she will tie the marital knot with the love of her life, KL Rahul, in the next three months. However, as of now, Athiya's cryptic response is leading all the headlines, and it can be read as:
"I hope I'm invited to this wedding that's taking place in 3 months, lol."
Earlier in an interview with ETimes, Athiya Shetty's father, Suniel Shetty, had finally reacted to the reports and speculations about his daughter's wedding with KL Rahul in the coming months. "She is my daughter, she will get married sometime. I would want my son to also get married, the sooner the better. It's their choice. As far as KL Rahul is concerned, I love the boy. And it is for them to decide what they want to do, because times have changed. Beti aur beta dono hi responsible hai. I would like them to take the decision. My blessings are always there for them."
