It so happened that Merub is signed as an ambassador for a brand that was previously endorsed by Hania. Merub clicked a snap for the brand in the same spot and style as Hania previously did. This led to netizens accusing the socialite of copying Asim Azhar's ex, Hania Aamir and even called them the Pakistani version of Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber.
