The documentary premiered at the Venice Film Festival and is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 16, 2026.
Ashley revealed at a recent press conference that Elon Musk's team offered her a USD 40 million nondisclosure agreement to opt out of the tell-all documentary; however, she rejected it. She also revealed that her ex asked her for a "legion of children." This reignited the allegations that he had neglected their only kid and denied child support.

Elon Musk's 27-years-younger babay mama, Ashley St. Clair accused him of not being a good father to their child. According to Ashley, Elon abandoned their son, Romulus, who was just 5 months old back then. She claimed that he was not present at the baby's birth in September 2024 and doesn't even stay in touch with him much. Ashley also said Elon met their little one only thrice.
Ashley also recalled the brief meetings between Elon and their son, claiming they totaled just three and a half hours. She made the comments after she filed a paternity lawsuit against the SpaceX owner. Ashley also claimed that Elon Musk moves through major events without checking whether his child was moving with him or trailing behind.
Elon's ex referred to the footage of him hurrying off stage at the 2025 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) as his then-4-year-old son struggles to keep up. She stated:
"Abandons a 5-month-old. Won't pay child support for another 3. And leaves the shield behind at a major event... yikes."
A spokesperson for Ashley St. Clair also echoed similar sentiments when they shared her equation with Elon Musk during an interview with PEOPLE. According to the spokesperson, Elon didn't even communicate or try to solve issues with Ashley. They stated that he is the kind of man who "can't be counted on" to make a relationship work.
The source also shared that paying child support was secondary, and Elon even failed to do the primary thing- being there for his kid. In their words:
"This has never been about money for Ashley. This is about protecting the best interests of Ashley and Elon's child from a man who can't be counted on to even communicate, much less act consistently in the role of a father."
Elon Musk, who fathered 13 children with four different women, promptly denied the accusations levied against him by Ashley's spokesperson. Accusing the insider of being an "utter liar," Elon insisted that he has "always paid extremely generous child support and without any coercion to do so." He then took a jab at his baby mama, Ashley St. Clair, and exclaimed that some mothers had sought "vastly in excess of what the children could need."

Ashley St. Clair is a popular MAGA influencer and columnist. On February 15, 2025, she took to her X (formerly Twitter) handle and shared a note through which she revealed that she is the mother of Elon Musk's 13th child. Ashley said she gave birth five months ago and claimed Elon Musk is the child's father.
Explaining why she didn't share this information earlier, Ashley said she kept it under wraps to protect her child's identity. She ended her note by requesting the media to honor her son's privacy. An excerpt from Ashley's long note could be read as:
"Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety."
Reacting to Ashley's claims of being her baby daddy, Elon penned, 'Whoa' on a post speculating that Ashley St. Clair had been planning to have Tesla CEO's child for five years. After Elon's cryptic reaction to Ashley's public confession, Ashley went furious and commented on the same post, then slammed the billionaire for not communicating with her.
