Actress, Anu Aggarwal, stepped into Bollywood in the 1990s with the film, Aashiqui and made everyone go crazy for her. Just when she was riding high in success, she broke many hearts, by announcing that she was in a live-in relationship with a mystery man. Fans were taken aback as the concept of live-in relationships was not that common in the 90s, but Anu didn't shy away from talking about this.
Soon after few years of Aashiqui's release, she exited the entertainment industry. Post that, there was no news about her dating life. However, Anu Aggarwal has been making headlines for some time now. Her photographs and interviews keep on creating a buzz among the fans. She recently revealed her current love life.

On the occasion of Valentine's Day on February 14, 2023, Anu Aggarwal gave some tea about her dating life. The 54-year-old actress has made a big confession which shocked everyone. In a recent interview with ETimes, Anu revealed that she is currently dating someone and has been living with him for some time now. According to her, he is Anu's man of dreams, and she would like to keep him a mystery from everyone. Talking about the same, she said:
"Currently, I have a man in my life."
When further asked about who the mystery man is, without revealing much, Anu said that he is the same guy, she was in a relationship with in the 90s. She further talked about her equation with her lover and stated that although Anu and her lover have been intermittent, their bond is stronger than ever. The actress further added that the guy she is dating is neither from the Bollywood industry nor lives in India. Anu further talked about marriage and admitted that she doesn't believe in weddings. However, when asked about her marriage plans, she commented:
"Never say never. I don't know! We might get married, we might not get married."

Anu Aggarwal is a well-known name in the Bollywood industry. Apart from her stunning appearance, movie fans still can't get enough of the notable performance she gave in her first movie, Aashiqui, in 1990 which catapulted her into an overnight star and a global sensation. For the unversed, before appearing on the big screen, she started her acting career with a television show, Isi Bahane in 1988. In the after years of her debut film, she did some small projects such as her Tamil debut film, Thiruda Thiruda in 1993, a short film for the Cannes Film Festival, The Cloud Door etc. She was at the peak of her career, but unfortunately, she met with an accident which forced her to bid adieu to her film career.
The audience was mesmerised by Anu's charisma on-screen, and after just one movie, the actress was dubbed Bollywood's up-and-coming star. Anu's fate, however, had other ideas as she met with a tragic accident in 1999. The actress, who became an overnight sensation after her debut film, was left with a deep physical and emotional scar owing to her fatal car accident. She was severely injured and spent 29 days in a coma. She later left the Bollywood industry and found her calling in yoga and meditation. Anu currently works for the upliftment of society. She is a Tedx motivational speaker who also manages the Anu Aggarwal Foundation working for mental health, environmental well-being, and stress alleviation.
