Armando Niedermeier-Rubio and Kenny Niedermeier finally have some good medical news to share. The couple took to their social media account and shared an update on their daughter's health. They revealed that she is out of the hospital in Arizona, days after she'd been airlifted there from Mexico.
In a heartfelt video on their Instagram handle on July 20, 2026 (ET), 90 Day Fiancé stars Armando Niedermeier-Rubio and Kenny Niedermeier revealed that they are thrilled to announce that Hannah has been discharged from the hospital. The 13-year-old's parents finally felt a little relieved after the news of their daughter's hospitalization left them worried and in tears.
Kenny shared, "Oh God, we are so over the moon. Hannah’s very happy to be leaving the hospital." Meanwhile, Armando also expressed his gratitude and happiness over Hannah's discharge from the hospital. He was quoted as saying:
"I’m actually very happy, very just thrilled, and just my heart is so full to let you guys know that Hannah has been released from the hospital, which is the best news we could have right now."

For the unversed, 90 Day Fiancé stars Armando Niedermeier-Rubio and Kenny Niedermeier's 13-year-old daughter was hospitalized following a brain bleed. Hannah had initially been taken to an ER in Mexico. However, she was soon transferred to a Phoenix hospital for better care. Kenny flew out to be by her side, but Armando was initially turned away at the border.
After much effort, Armando was eventually able to cross over the weekend and reunited with his daughter and husband. Now, Kenny says Hannah's gotten "leaps and bounds" better since her father made it to Arizona and doctors felt good enough about her progress to send her home with her family to continue her recovery. However, Kenny stressed that Hannah's not 100 percent in the clear.
Kenny Niedermeier revealed that Hannah has been placed on anti-seizure medication and still needs to stay in the Phoenix area until at least next month, that is, August 2026, when her medical team will run more tests. Kenny says doctors have "no clue" how Hannah ended up with the brain bleed. For now, Hannah's still dealing with some mild blindness, facial drooping, and minor weakness and will be in rehab for the next month.

While Armando is the biological father of Hannah, whom he shares with his late wife, Kenny is the biological father of four children: a son named Bricen and triplet daughters named Madison, Cassidy, and Taylor, whom he welcomed via IVF with a close friend.
