YouTuber, Armaan Malik's first wife, Payal Malik is going through a difficult time post-delivering her twin babies. Payal got a patch of pneumonia and was getting treated at her home while taking care of her twins. However, things took an ugly turn when Payal vomited blood, after which she was admitted to the hospital. For the unversed, Armaan and Payal got blessed with a boy and a girl on April 26, 2023.
Armaan Malik often shares snippets of his life with his millions of fans on his YouTube channel. Recently, in his latest Vlog, Armaan shared his first wife, Payal's health update. He revealed that she is facing difficulty in breathing and she also vomited blood. After this, Armaan got Payal admitted to the hospital. The doctor checked her city-scan report and found out that there are a few complications and getting her admitted is the best option.
Armaan postponed all his work plans to be with Payal in her difficult time. The YouTuber had planned a trip to Delhi for some work, but the moment he got to know about Payal's health condition, he cancelled the trip. He even shared glimpses from the hospital and how he had booked the best room for her.

In another Vlog, Payal was crying inconsolably as she has to be away from her babies. Armaan Malik's second wife, Kritika Malik was seen calming her down, and she even brought Ayan with her, so that Payal could meet him.

On May 1, 2023, Armaan shared a Vlog from the hospital when his second wife, Kritka met Payal's twins for the first time inside the NICU. Kritika was left emotional and was seen crying as she met the babies for the first time. In the video, Kritika said:
"Yeh moment mai ne kabhi nahi dekha jindagi mein. Mai itni khush kabhi nahi hui."
Further in the Vlog, Kritika revealed that Payal's son, Ayan looks exactly like her son, Zaid. She even showed Zaid's picture on her phone. Kritika further added that Armaan and Payal's twins have cried after their birth and they both are active.
