Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli has been living some of the most precious moments of their life, ever since the arrival of their little man, Akaay. For the unversed, the duo, who was blessed with their daughter, Vamika in January 2021, completed their family with the arrival of their son on February 15, 2024. While the couple’s fans have been ecstatically waiting for them to reveal the faces of their kids, here's a special insight into whom the littles ones resemble.
On April 16, 2024, Anushka Sharma was spotted at the Mumbai airport with her newborn son, Akaay. However, while the actress revealed the face of her little boy to the paparazzi, she asked them to not click pictures of him, and promised that she would arrange for a get-together for them. Amid it all, an insider revealed details of the baby boy’s facial features.

As quoted by BollywoodLife, the insider shared that Anushka was more than happy to give a glimpse of her son to the paparazzi. Moreover, speaking about Akaay’s face, the insider stated that he is an exact carbon-copy of his mother, and looks exceedingly adorable. On the other hand, their daughter, Vamika, resembles exactly like her father, Virat Kohli. The insider shared:
“Anushka didn't give any tip-off to the paparazzi of being back, they usually are at the airports and they got lucky to spot her and even have a conversation. Anushka happily waved at them and looked elated being back. Anushka greeted all the paparazzi and even gave a quick glimpse of the baby Akaay he is a darling, looking at him one could gauge that he is right now looking like a carbon copy of his mom. And Vamika has grown up into the exact copy of her daddy King Kohli".
Furthermore, the insider stated how Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli will be extremely careful this time, so as to hide their son’s face from the cameras. The parents do not want to repeat how their daughter, Vamika’s face got revealed during Virat’s cricket match, wherein Anushka was seen cheering with the baby girl on the strands. The insider expressed:
“Anushka will definitely follow no pictures policy for her even born Akaay as well, and this time she will be extra careful over his video not being captured when she is in the stands to cheer for Virat. Both Anushka and Virat are an extremely very private couple and by now even their fans are aware of it and even they respect their privacy, so the question of Akaay's face reveal depends on the parents and no one else.”
Previously, in an interaction with Robin Uthappa, Virat Kohli made some candid revelations about his baby girl, Vamika. While the two cricketer discussed the equation they share with their kids, Virat revealed that unlike his rugged exterior personality in front of the world, whenever he comes before his daughter, Vamika, he simply melts. Moreover, he couldn’t agree more that his baby girl has wrapped him around his fingers undoubtedly.

During his first appearance on IPL 2024, Virat Kohli remembered the precious moments he witnessed after the birth of his son, Akaay. He termed it as a special time, not just because of a happy addition to his family, but also because he was able to bond with his daughter, Vamika. In his words:
“Of course, having two kids, things become totally different from a family perspective. So just the ability to be together, the connections that you make with your older child, it’s amazing. I mean, I couldn’t have been more grateful to God for the opportunity that I got to spend time with my family.”
