When Anushka had made an appearance in one of Virat’s matches, rumour mills started doing rounds about the two dating each other. Although Virat and Anushka had remained tight-lipped about their affair, their constant appearances together gave more mileage to the rumours. Anushka and Virat have been setting relationship goals with their romantic pictures. From supporting her husband by visiting his matches to Virat singing for Anushka at their pre-wedding functions, the lovely couple, 'Virushka' has been giving major relationship goals to the millennials.
On February 17, 2020, Anushka took to her Instagram handle and shared a monochrome picture with her hubby, Virat. The two looked adorable as they posed for the selfie taken by Virat. Virat is in New Zealand preparing for his Test series and his wife, Anushka joined him in New Zealand as they had celebrated Valentine’s Day together. But seems bidding goodbye to her hubby is getting a bit difficult for Anushka as she shared a heart-melting note along with the monochrome picture. Her note can be read as “You'd think goodbyes get easier with time. But they never do” followed by a heart.
During the promotions of her film, Sui Dhaaga, Anushka was asked about her married life to which she had revealed that they are two simple people who don’t see themselves as a ‘power couple.’ Anushka had retorted, “I think we are both not so attached to what we do. The other day someone asked me a question you know ‘power couple and two powerful people from your own industry. You know when you are together, how do you manage this and all’. And I thought to myself and I told them also, we don’t see ourselves like that. We start to see ourselves that way then there is something really wrong in the nature of our relationship. If someone really wants to have an insight into our lives, we are very simple people, wanting to do normal, very simple things.” (Also Read: Sara Ali Khan Revealed How Mommy, Amrita Singh Stopped Her From Faking A Cardiac Arrest)
The duo always makes sure to celebrate every event of their life with much joy. On November 5, 2019, Virat Kohli had turned 31 and the couple had celebrated the special day by jetting off to Bhutan. Anushka and Virat love keeping their personal life intact as they value their ‘us’ time and privacy. They make sure to spend time at places where they are not surrounded by fans. Same happened during their recent visit to Bhutan, where the two went trekking to 8.5 km and were simply mesmerised by the simplicity of the people and were awestruck by the scenic beauty of Bhutan!
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Anushka had shared one of the cutest things about her marriage with Virat. Anushka had revealed how she loves borrowing her husband, Virat’s clothes. She had also stated that she often borrows Virat’s t-shirts and jackets, mostly because he loves to see her in his clothes and feels happy about it. Isn’t it an adorable gesture? The much-in-love couple shares a warm bond with each other and their camaraderie is loved by the millennials.
