The love birds, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are amongst the most loved couples of Tinseltown. They often make it to the headlines for their mushy romance and romantic outings. But lately, they have been garnering media attention because of their cute little daughter. It was on January 11, 2021, when Virat and Anushka had completed their family by welcoming a baby girl into their lives, whom they have lovingly named, Vamika.
The doting parents immensely love their daughter and are very protective of her. The couple often shares love-filled pictures with their baby girl on their social media handles and we can't stop gushing over her cuteness and adorable antics in the pictures. Vamika's birth is nothing more than a blessing for Virat and Anushka, and talking about the same Anushka has shared some memories from the time when she was pregnant.

In an interview with Grazia, Anushka Sharma shared that the initial months of her pregnancy were ‘awful’ and how it was nice to have Virat around, as he was not playing any matches at the time. Anushka Sharma said that she was grateful to be able to spend a lot of time with her husband, Virat Kohli, during her pregnancy. Talking about the same, she said:
“One of the things this experience has taught me is to always look at the positives. It allowed Virat and I to spend a lot of time together because he wasn’t playing any matches at the time. Had he been travelling, I wouldn’t have been able to accompany him in my condition. My first trimester was awful, so it was nice to have him by my side, to handhold and be my cheerleader.”
Since Vamika's birth, both Anushka and Virat have taken measures to keep their daughter away from the media limelight. The doting parents had even requested the paparazzi to not click any unauthorised pictures of their daughter, as they are not comfortable with it. However, they themselves often share glimpses of Vamika but make sure to never reveal her face.
Anushka loves her hubby, Virat and daughter, Vamika. On October 18, 2021, she had taken to her Instagram handle to share a cute picture of the father-daughter duo. In the picture, we could see Virat and Vamika playing together with colourful balls. Along with the picture, Anushka had written, "My whole heart in one frame."

On Virat Kohli's birthday, on November 5, 2021, Anushka had shared a mushy Instagram post for him. The picture had featured Virat cutely holding his wife, Anushka in his arms. Atop the picture she had written the sweetest birthday wish, which could be read as:
"No filter needed , for this photo and the way you lead your life . Your core is made of honesty and guts of steel . Courage that pales doubt into oblivion . I know no one who can pick themselves up from a dark place like you can . You grow better in every way because you hold on to nothing in you as permanent and are fearless . I know we are not ones to talk to each other through social media like this but sometimes I just want to scream and tell the world what an amazing man you are. Fortunate are those who really truly know you . Thank you for making everything brighter and more beautiful. Oh , and Happy Birthday cuteness!"
