Bollywood actress, Anushka Sharma is currently on cloud nine as her husband, Virat Kohli, broke Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s record. For the unversed, Virat scored his 50th ODI century during the ICC World Cup semi-final against New Zealand at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. The actress, who is reportedly pregnant with her second child, caught all the attention at the stadium.
In some viral glimpses, the crowd started cheering loudly as Virat Kohli hit a century during the match. However, what caught everyone’s attention was Anushka Sharma’s sweetest reaction, blowing flying kisses towards Virat after his unmatchable achievement. Kohli scored 106 runs, including eight 4s and a six, before he got out. Anushka’s reaction was unmissable, and her Ae Dil Hai Mushkil co-star, Ranbir Kapoor, also couldn’t take his eyes off as she beamed with excitement. A photo of Ranbir looking at Anushka while she was blowing kisses to Virat from the stands is going viral on the internet.

However, she was seemingly diverting attention from her baby bump, as she was seen wearing an oversized outfit in the stands. For the match, Anushka wore an oversized shirt teamed with a pair of shorts. While she was spotted in one of the stands, we got hold of some pictures, in which Virat was seen busy on the phone. Although it is unknown who he was talking to, the pictures indicate that he was apparently speaking with Anushka.

On November 15, 2023, Virat Kohli grabbed the limelight during the India vs New Zealand match, as he broke Sachin Tendulkar’s ODI record with his 50th century at the 2023 World Cup semi-final match. Hours after the match, Anushka took to her Instagram stories and penned a heartfelt note for her husband, Virat Kohli. She called him ‘God’s child’ and thanked God for letting her watch Kohli grow. Her note can be read as:
“God is the best scriptwriter! Utterly grateful to him for blessing me with your love, and to watch you grow from strength to strength and achieve all that you have and will, being honest to yourself and to the sport always. You are truly God’s child.”
