Recently, Anushka left Katrina’s Christmas party within 10 minutes to flew down to Australia and cheer hubby, Virat. On December 30, 2018, the actress wished Virat and Team India on the historic win over Australia in the third Test match in Melbourne. She took to Instagram to share her happiness over the team’s win. She posted a video clip of the match as an Instagram story and captioned it, ‘Historic win’.
Earlier, a DNA report stated that a source had revealed Anushka’s special plan and said, “Anushka had planned this trip months ago and the Zero team was aware that she would be taking a few days off in December to celebrate this special moment.” It further stated, “The Indian cricket team will play against Australia and Anushka will join hubby Virat for some days. She will fly back post the celebrations. Anushka in an interview with Elle India shared how life has changed after the wedding, she said, “Marriage doesn’t feel different. Virat and I have been working around the clock, we hardly spend time together, we both have very hectic lives.” She further added, “So, we are living in a house and we have spent barely any time in it. For us, home is, like, wow! It’s a vacation.”
Recently, the actress completed a year of marital bliss with Virat and she shared a beautiful video from the wedding and captioned it as, “It's heaven, when you don't sense time passing by ... It's heaven, when you marry a good 'man' ...” And Virat being a doting husband shared a few unseen pictures on his Instagram handle and wrote, “Can't believe it's been a year already because it feels like it happened just yesterday. Time has truly flown by. Happy anniversary to my best friend and my soulmate. Mine forever @anushkasharma”. In an earlier interview Virat had stated that its Anushka who keeps him motivated, he said, “My wife has been keeping me motivated throughout, she deserves a lot of credit for this. She has been criticized a lot in the past, but she is one person who has kept me going throughout this tour and when times have been tough, and I am really grateful for that”.
