However, back in October 2023, reports were rife that he had cut down his Rs. 70 crore fee to just Rs. 35 crore. However, there's yet to be an official statement about the same.

Apart from Ranbir Kapoor's mammoth fee, the film's alleged antagonist, Bobby Deol, received Rs. 4-5 crores for Animal, an amount that is 14 times less. Moving forward to other cast members, Rashmika Mandanna charged Rs. 4 crores, while Anil Kapoor received a sum of Rs. 2 crores for the film.
