According to reports, Fiebig wore a white, off-the-shoulder lace dress and a matching shawl. She completed her bridal look with open-toed heels and a netted half-veil. Fiebig’s 13-year-old daughter, Sabina, was her mom’s bridesmaid. Andrew wore a classic suit.
Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig’s low-key wedding was attended by close family and friends, including Shue’s sister, actress Elizabeth Shue. According to reports, Andrew Shue and Marilee's ex-spouses, Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, were not part of the ceremony. Shue and Fiebig got engaged on October 21, 2026, and he told PEOPLE, ‘I don’t know how it happened, but there’s a happy ending.’

Amy Robach got married to Andrew Shue in 2010. She began working with T.J. Holmes in 2020, co-hosting the ABC News program GMA3: What You Need to Know. They grew close after spending extensive time together on assignment during the summer of 2022. When their relationship turned romantic, both Robach and Holmes were still legally married to other people.
Robach’s affair with Holmes became public in 2022 when paparazzi photos surfaced. Soon, Amy and Andrew parted ways, and they finalized their divorce in October 2023. When news of Amy and Holmes’ romance broke, he was married to attorney Marilee Fiebig, and Holmes also filed for divorce from Fiebig.
It was Robach’s cancer battle that made her realize that she didn’t want to continue her marriage with Andrew Shue. Shue had been by Robach's side when she battled breast cancer from 2013 to 2014. However, Robach later stated in an interview with People that their marriage suffered during her treatment.
After eight years, Robach came to the heartbreaking conclusion that Shue was no longer the person she wanted by her side if she were to go through that battle again. Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes got engaged in October 2025. They married on Sept. 19, 2026, in Washington County, and registered the marriage on October 13, 2026.
After the formal couples’ respective divorces, reports surfaced that Robach's former husband, Shue, and Holmes' former wife, Fiebig, began dating. They kept their relationship under wraps because they didn’t want unwanted attention.
Shue and Fiebig’s shared grief became the reason for their connection. Speaking about their bond, a source revealed:
“They have moved in together. It’s not revenge. It’s real. Marriage is a big step, so they’re cautious and careful because they got hurt the last time. It turned into something else, and they’re connected over their values. It’s bigger than the affair now. They’re not heartbroken and sad.”
