Day 2 of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities is in full swing. Previously, several glimpses from the first event of the day, “A Walk to the Wild Side,” which included a visit to the recently opened animal rehabilitation centre, Vantara, were doing rounds in the media. Just a while ago, we came across glimpses from the star-studded second event of the day, “Mela Rouge”, where a potpourri of various desi activities would take place, and the celebrities have put their best fashion foot forward.
Bill Gates has touched down in Jamnagar, along with his girlfriend, Paula Hurd. The duo stole the limelight in their desi outfits. The Microsoft billionaire was seen wearing a black-hued kurta and pyjama paired with a sherwani that featured floral embroidery all over it. Meanwhile, his girlfriend, Paula, looked gorgeous in a golden colour floor-length kurti paired with the same colour palazzo pants. She kept her makeup minimal and accessorised her look with hoops and a classy watch.

Meta CEO, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan dropped our jaws with their synced ethnic ensembles. Mark chose to wear a simple kurta-pyjama underneath an extravagant Nehru coat. His coat featured various floral threadwork. Priscilla aced the Indian look in a golden-toned lehenga choli that featured similar threadwork to her husband’s coat.
The former Indian cricketer, Sachin Tendulkar also has been in attendance of the three-day soiree with his family. For Day 2, the cricketer opted for an opulent black-coloured bandhgala adorned with maroon thread work. His wife, Anjali looked no less than a Bollywood actress in a black heavily embroidered Anarkali suit.
Ace shuttler, Saina Nehwal is attending Anant-Radhika’s pre-wedding bash with her husband badminton player, Parupalli Kashyap. Saina opted for a lehenga saree in blue colour featuring golden threadwork and a cape over the choli. Parupalli, on the other hand, looked dapper in a chikankari kurta and pyjama in black.

Popular Bollywood actress, Sonali Bendre mesmerised everyone with her stunning look in a gorgeous black saree, which had silver embellishments. She paired it with a matching blouse with a black cape. The cape had criss-cross patterns in gold color, adding a touch of elegance to her overall look. She accessorised her look with a layered neckpiece, dainty earrings, bangles and rings. Sonali tied her hair in a bun with a middle parting.
Meanwhile, Rani Mukherjee ditched the black and golden-hued outfits and instead chose an absolutely beautiful red silk saree. She paired her saree with a gorgeous statement neckpiece and kept her luscious hair open, which accentuated her look manifold. Rani's makeup was minimal, with bronzed cheeks and pink lips, adding to the simplicity and elegance of her overall look.
Following the dress code, the parents-to-be, Ranveer and Deepika slayed in their respective ethnic wear. Deepika opted for a golden-hued ensemble that came along with a golden high-neck blouse that featured heavy work at the top of the neckline and an embellished lehenga. A pair of Kundan earrings added stars to her look. Deepika opted for a soft touch of makeup and a tied-up hairdo. Ranveer looked dapper in a black bandhgala sherwani. The sherwani's main attraction was a blue-hued painting that featured a Phoenix-wing like outline. A pair of glasses and a sleek hairdo completed his look.
