One hidden talent that has come out in volumes of us millennials in this lockdown is, cooking. Think about it, who would've thought that the laziest generation would resort to cooking out of boredom! Things we do for quarantine. Anyway, a lot of people are trying their hands at different recipes in the kitchen and so are Bollywood celebrities. Bringing to you Bollywood special Masterchef, season one, episode (I lost the count!). Anyway, this time we caught the fashion icon of Bollywood, Sonam Kapoor in the act. Hold your horses, everyone. Act of making cookies, pardon me for being extra dramatic. Quarantine does that to you! Anyway, coming back to the matter at hand, Sonam has, time and again, started waterworks in our mouth with her baking skills. And it seems she isn't gonna stop anytime soon.
Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand Ahuja are a fun couple who like to goof around which is pretty evident from their respective social media handles. This time, Anand gave us a glimpse of Sonam's baking charades. On April 17, 2020, Sonam had baked some delicious cookies and had posted pictures of the same on her Instagram stories, which we'll come to later. While baking the cookies, Sonam had taken a break and was talking to someone on the phone, in an apron, when Anand sneakily walks on her wondering what is she doing out there wearing an apron. She saw him, smiled, said hi and kept talking on the phone. Then she told the person to whom she was talking, "He's coming and taking a picture of me, I am sitting outside in an apron, I've started cooking by the way." Anand sure is one goofy creature!
So, on April 17, 2020, Sonam had posted pictures of the output of her baking charades on her Instagram stories, where, in one picture, Sonam posed with the cookies and wrote, “I am going to eat these all @anandahuja” atop it. In the other picture, Sonam and Anand happily posed for a selfie with the caption “Happy eating cookies” atop it. Now that the cookies are baked and are eaten, it's time for? No, not sleep c'mon, not everyone is being a panda like you. After devouring the seemingly delicious cookies, Sonam and her husband, Anand posted after munching pictures on their Instagram stories and you can't miss it. Have a look:
The doting wife that Sonam is, she posted a picture of her husband, Anand, on her Instagram stories, wherein he could be seen taking a nap on the couch after lunch. Before cookies, Sonam had tried her hand in baking a cake as well. On April 11, 2020, Sonam had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a picture of herself dressed in a black outfit and had given a glimpse of her baking session. Along with the picture, she had written, “Made chocolate walnut cake today. I had run out of chocolate and @fortunegourmetindia sent me some amazing quality chocolate. Thanks so much, @missdevi for organising. Love you.” Sonam’s mother-in-law, Priya Ahuja was all praises for her and had commented, "Amazing cakes beta. How to manage weight gain?
