As soon as the movie proved to be a blockbuster hit at the box office, fans started to speculate if the reason behind Kiara and Siddharth’s magical chemistry on the silver screen is their off-screen affair. From getting spotted together at award functions to indulging in social media PDAs, Kiara and Siddharth’s warm bond has only made their fans believe they are in a relationship.
Lately, multiple reports have stated that Kiara might do a registry marriage with the Ek Villain actor in 2023, followed by a grand reception. However, he was once in a stable relationship with actress, Alia Bhatt. And in a recent interview with a media portal, Siddharth revealed the one thing he learned from his last relationship.

In a candid conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Siddharth Malhotra played a fun rapid-fire round. During the game, he was asked about the one thing he learned from his last relationship. To which, he said:
"I think I learned from my last relationship-- don't gift pets."
As Alia Bhatt has a cat named Edward, it seemed like Siddharth was talking about the same pet. But soon, he confirmed our speculations in the next segment of the interview. When the host asked what he would like to steal from his ex-girlfriend, Alia Bhatt, he said:
"The cat...Edward."

When Alia and Siddharth were dating, none of them had made any official announcement about their relationship. However, after separating, Siddharth opened up about his relationship in Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan, in 2019. He had said:
"I don't think it's bitter. We haven’t really met after it. It's civil. It’s been a while. I have known her for much longer even before we dated. I have given my first-ever shot with her in SOTY. There is so much history."
