The much-awaited fantasy-drama film, Brahmastra was released in theatres on September 9, 2022. Ayan Mukerji directed the film, and the cast of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy made this a visual treat for the audiences. While for some, Brahmastra isn't an entertaining VFX spectacle, for some, it is something that Indian audiences have seen for the first time.
Although the start of Brahmastra at the box office was extremely disappointing, but the last weekend changed a lot of things in favour of the film. The film has already entered the 100 crore club in the first weekend of its release, which is quite a feat for a movie that was fighting against #BoycottBollywood. If the latest ticket sale reports are to be believed, Ranbir and Alia's film earned a sum of Rs. 12 crores on its first Monday, and the figures keep rising.

On September 13, 2022, Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram handle and shared a never-seen-before BTS picture with her husband and actor, Ranbir Kapoor, from their recently-released film, Brahmastra. In the picture, Ranbir and Alia looked stunning in the red tint. While Alia can be spotted looking straight into the camera, her handsome hubby is looking away from the camera. Along with this memorable picture from the sets of Brahmastra, Alia also penned a short note in the caption. In her cutesy note, she revealed that the picture was taken during the filming of the song, Deva Deva. Her caption can be read as:
"Shiva & Isha. One from the archives.. (this was during deva deva shoot)."
On September 4, 2022, Ranbir Kapoor and his wife, Alia Bhatt had graced the launch of the show, Bigg Boss Telugu 6. The show was hosted by the couple's Brahmastra co-star, Nagarjuna. During the course of the show, Nagarjuna, Alia, and Ranbir indulged in various fun conversations. However, one thing that was common in the entire launch event was Ranbir admiring his wife, Alia, as his eyes were glued to her. The way Ranbir praised and admired his wife on the show and lauded her for her acting skills, it speaks volumes about the kind of husband he is in real life.

For the launch event of Bigg Boss Telugu 6, Alia Bhatt could be seen opting for a mesmerising lime yellow and blue sharara set, while the handsome actor, Ranbir donned a blue jacket which he had paired with a T-shirt and pants. The couple had looked stunning together, and their expressions were simply unmissable. During the course of the show, Alia had also sung the Telugu version of the song, Kesariya, along with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, and it was that moment when the audience fell in love with them all over again. While interacting with the audience, Alia Bhatt had also praised Ranbir for being a good human being. She had said:
"To me Ranbir is a better person than an actor."
On the professional front, Ranbir will be next seen in the film, Animal, while Alia will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
