Alia Bhatt, in a recent conversation with Elle US Magazine, talked about her style statement. The actress shared that she values comfort in her style. In the same interview, the diva opened up about her love for sarees, especially chiffon sarees. Alia said that she thinks chiffon sarees are more comfortable than jeans and T-shirts. Sharing how much she loves wearing sarees, Alia said that wearing a saree can make one feel from zero to hero. Alia stated:
"To me, a chiffon saree is even more comfortable than jeans and a T-shirt. Whoever invented the saree was a genius: it’s meant for our weather in India because it’s airy and light, and you feel like you’re enveloped by a cloud. Your mood can go from zero to hero the minute you put one on.”
In the same interview, Alia Bhatt stated that a saree has it all from softness to femininity, it encompasses everything. Talking more about the same, Alia revealed her dream ensembles for a big event like the Met Gala. She said that it is her dream to wear a Gucci-inspired saree to the same event. Elaborating more on the same, Alia said:
"The saree does it all at once: it has softness, femininity, and sex appeal. It encompasses everything. It would be a dream to help design a Gucci-inspired saree and wear it to a massive event like the Met Gala.”
