The video was actually posted on her IG handle by Alia Bhatt's proud mom, Soni Razdan. However, coming back to Alia's sasuma, Neetu, she dropped the video, and along with it, she penned a heartfelt note to express her joy over her bahu receiving the National Award. Neetu wrote:

On the other hand, Alia Bhatt's nanad, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni re-shared the video on her IG handle and stuck a congratulatory sticker atop it.
On July 8, 2023, Neetu Kapoor celebrated her 65th birthday in Italy with her family members. But it was Alia Bhatt and Raha Kapoor who gave it a miss, which grabbed a lot of eyeballs. Taking to her IG handle, Neetu dropped a family picture featuring the then-birthday girl, Ranbir, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. Riddhima's hubby, Bharat Sahni, and daughter, Samara. However, sharing the photo, Neetu revealed that she missed her bahu rani and poti, Alia, and Raha on her special day.
