"I was a part of Siddharth Kumar Tewary's Radha Krishn in 2018 and then shot for Kahat Hanuman Jai Shree Ram till March 2020. Then the pandemic struck and we were all at home. For five months, I stayed alone in my flat in Mumbai and then I realised I was going through a burnout. In July 2020, I decided to move to Himachal Pradesh and later relocated to Uttarakhand to spend time with nature. In the last two years, I learnt English studio pottery, joined a physical theatre group... it helped me rejuvenate and release my inner turmoil and the trauma that I experienced in the last five years."

Further, in the same conversation, Akangsha who is still now fighting a 5-year-long battle with her estranged husband, Piyush Sahdev revealed the importance of good health and keeping away toxic people from her life. Then, talking about how much evolved she feels now, Akangsha added:

"It is very important to know your self, your likes and dislikes, what is important for your good health, and how it helps keeping toxic people away in your life. I am aware of how relationships work and why they fail and I have also healed over the past two years. Today after five years, I am more open to love and a healthy relationship in my life. I was too heartbroken to fall in love at one point in life, but today I feel more evolved, thanks to my two-year break. I also feel that love is not enough in a relationship, if two people get married, they should give each other enough time and space and get to know each other well."
