In the photo, the action director and cinematographer can be seen laughing candidly. Sharing it, Ajay penned a heartwarming wish for his father, which could be read as:
"I could never beat his smile... Happy Birthday Papa."
On June 25, 2021, Ajay had remembered his late father, Veeru Devgan and had shared a monochrome picture with him on his birthday. Baring his heart out in the caption, the actor had written a special note for his papa and it could be read as:
"I miss you every day. More so today. Happy birthday Papa. Life hasn't been the same since."

July 24, 2021, had marked the auspicious day of Guru Purnima, and on that day, Ajay Devgn had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a picture of his guru, his late father, Veeru. Remembering him, Ajay had paid his gratitude and had penned a special note dedicated to his father:
"Saluting my father (Veeru Devgn), my Guru, on this auspicious day. I was fortunate to get my life and career lessons from him. A valued gift that I carry with me like a badge of honour #GuruPurnima."
On the professional front, Ajay Devgn was last seen in the movie, Runway 34, along with Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh.
