Aishwarya Sakhuja, who rose to fame with her show, Saas Bina Sasural, opened up about facing a difficult time with her husband, Rohit Nag. The duo had dated for six years before getting married but found it extremely difficult to adjust to each other. However, things turned better when they decided to give love another chance, and they went on a vacation to the Maldives to rekindle their romance.
Aishwarya took to her Instagram handle and shared a video compilation of the best moment of her life. In the clip, she also revealed that when she faced a health issue, Rohit was with her as a pillar of strength in a completely unknown city. She added that she soon got back into the acting, and decided to marry Rohit at the peak of her career.

However, things took an ugly turn, and they found adjusting to each other difficult. Aishwarya and Rohit had decided to part ways, but they gave love another chance and went on a trip to the Maldives. The actress revealed they met a fortune teller, who told them about the beauty of marriage.
Earlier, in a Pinkvilla interview, Aishwarya and Rohit talked about their marriage. The actress recalled that she wasn't sure about getting married to him. She added that she asked her friends to ensure she gets drunk throughout the wedding festivities. She was quoted as saying:
"We were drunk at my wedding. I told my friends, in my head, I was still not very prepared for marriage. He had proposed me a year back but still, in my head, I was not convinced about marriage, I was cold feet and I told my friend to make sure that I am drunk throughout otherwise I don’t know if I could pull it off. Except for pheras where we had to be our sober self, we were drunk. Those 3 days just went by in a jiffy."
