Amid the buzz, here’s how the series ends.
Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya complete plot breakdown
Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya follows the story of 'Gyaneshwar Tripathi', the principal of a government school called 'Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya' in Tinki Toli, Delhi. By nature, 'Gyaneshwar' is kind and caring. He loves teaching students but is embarrassed when a school inspector visits his school and points out its poor condition. He also shares with 'Gyaneshwar' a lucrative offer in which the principals of the ten best schools in Delhi will get a chance to visit Cambridge with their families.

Hoping to win the opportunity and take his wife, 'Sushma' (played by Prachi Shah), to Cambridge, 'Gyaneshwar' asks English teacher 'Shiney Sharma' to give extra coaching to improve the students' board exam results. At the same time, newly appointed teacher 'Kanchan', who is specialised in Mathematics, is instructed by 'Gyaneshwar' to teach Physics because the school does not have enough teachers. Soon, the principal faces a major problem when his school does not receive enough funding.
Before the elections, local MLA 'Goldy' promises to increase the school funding only if the students’ parents vote for him, but in reality, he is more interested in politics than education. The teachers try to motivate the students before the board exams. English teacher 'Shiney' invites a successful former student named 'Karan' to motivate the students. However, 'Karan' only promotes a money-making scheme and encourages students to focus on shortcuts rather than hard work.
Realising 'Karan' is setting a bad example, principal 'Gyaneshwar' replaces him with 'Bishnu'. He is a hardworking restaurant owner who struggles every day to support his son, 'Naren's' education, and his dedication and honesty inspire the students far more than 'Karan's' money-making scheme. The struggle doesn’t end here. 'Mrs. Sharma' faces challenges during sex education classes. However, she patiently continues the lesson and eventually explains the topic simply and engagingly.
With time, 'Kanchan' becomes one of the most caring teachers of the school. She believes that students should be encouraged rather than punished and works patiently with weaker children instead of giving up on them. 'Kanchan's' constant efforts help struggling student, 'Gopal', pass the board exams. Later, TV reporter 'Amit' visits 'Gyaneshwar's' school and he and 'Shiney' hope that his report will highlight the school’s needs, but things go otherwise as 'Amit' focuses mainly on the school’s poor condition.
Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya ending explained
Seeing 'Amit' pointing out only the school’s poor condition, 'Gyaneshwar' informs him about 'Goldy's' misdeeds. The principal reveals to 'Amit' that MLA 'Goldy' has been misusing public funds and exploiting the school for his political purposes. This made 'Amit' mention these things in his report, exposing 'Goldy's' actions. The climax shows 'Gyaneshwar's' shifting perspective. He was once an idealistic teacher who left a well-paying corporate job because he wanted to improve the lives of students through education.

But over the years, due to constant financial constraints, political interference and lack of support, 'Gyaneshwar' lost much of his passion. 'Goldy' frequently used the school grounds to hold political and personal events, while 'Gyaneshwar' avoided confronting him as he feared losing the funds. As the board exams approach, 'Gyaneshwar' becomes so determined to secure the Cambridge opportunity that he hides the admit cards of some weaker students.
However, 'Gyaneshwar' soon realises his mistakes and returns the admit cards in time, allowing them to sit for the examinations. Later, he also stands up to 'Goldy' instead of following his demands, showing that he has regained his commitment to doing what is right for his students. The series ends with 'Goldy', who eventually stops forcing the students to attend his political rally, but warns that he will use his influence to have 'Gyaneshwar', 'Kanchan', and the other teachers removed from their jobs.
