Happy news! It’s time to welcome another star kid on the block. B-town’s ace director, Abhishek Kapoor and his Swedish actress and model wife, Pragya Yadav became parents for the second time. The Kedarnath director, Abhishek Kapoor tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend on May 4, 2015, at ISKCON Temple, Mumbai. Pragya, who hails from Sweden, worked in a Bollywood film, Hawaa Hawaai and started dating Abhishek in 2013. And in the same year, the lovebirds got engaged. And their marriage in 2015 was a private affair attended by only close friends and family. Abhishek’s family members, Jeetendra along with his wife Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor and Tusshar Kapoor graced the occasion.
The lovely couple welcomed their first child in November 2015, and the daddy dear took to his Instagram handle to share the first picture of the little one. In February 2016, Abhishek posted the photo of his baby and captioned it, “The queen and her prince, #isana @pragyadav”. Check out the picture that he shared:
And on May 25, 2018, Abhishek announced the good news with an Instagram post and shared a picture of the preggy wife, Pragya flaunting her baby bump. He wrote, “This beautiful woman is set to bring in another bundle of joy into our lives..September couldn’t come sooner. #comeseptember #isanakafasana #jaibholenath”. Sharing the same snap, Pragya wrote, “Time to share you with the world...but I’m gonna hold on a little longer. #babyno2 #isanakafasana #precioustime #pregnancy #septemberbaby”. On June 13, 2018, Abhishek and Pragya were spotted on a lunch date outside the Bandra Kurla complex. While the soon-to-be-daddy kept it casual in a black t-shirt and grey trousers, Pragya looked radiant with her pregnancy glow in her yellow maternity maxi dress.
Coming back to the happy news, the baby who was due in September was so excited that he came out early. Abhishek and Pragya embraced parenthood again and were blessed with a baby on August 28, 2018, at 3:38 am. Announcing the arrival of their second munchkin, Abhishek shared a video of his 2-year-old, Isana and wrote, “With the blessings of lord Shiva, In the wee hours of this morning, my jaan @pragyadav has bought another bundle of joy in to our lives. At 3.38 am today, 28 of august 2018, #isana ka bhaiya aa gaya . #jaibholenath. Both mother and son are doing fine and resting. Its gonna be a mad house with a lot more to go around #isanakafasana”.
