The star couple has broken the barriers and defied the saying, “Aisa sirf filmon me hota hai”. Yes, true love is beyond all these clichés and opinions. So the news is that the Dil Deke Dekho fame actor Abhishek proposed the love of his life Akanksha in the most romantic way imaginable.

As the starter, he booked a yacht at the Gateway of India, Mumbai; and then took her amid blue waters. And then what he did is every girl’s dream come true! He proposed her for marriage and undeniably she said, ‘Yes!’.

Speaking to Tellychakkar, Abhishek said:
“She always mentioned she wanted a dreamy proposal and was quite fascinated about it. So, I planned everything accordingly and knew that she will love it. She was totally surprised to see that I actually planned it and surprised her. She had no idea that I am going to propose her for the wedding. She thought that we are just going there to chill out.”
Explaining everything as to what all he did on the yacht and made her lady-love feel special, he added:
“It was a four hours ride for us on a yacht. We saw the sunset and shared couple of beautiful moments together under the moonlight. I had also hired a photographer to capture the real moments. We had champagne and danced on romantic numbers. It was overall a good experience. It will always remain a special moment of our life.”
