Nawazuddin Siddiqui married Aaliya Siddiqui in 2010, but their marriage hit rough patches soon after. The dispute between actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife, Aaliya is increasing now. Allegations and counter-allegations are being made fiercely between the two. Recently, Nawazuddin's wife Aaliya, who was living separately from the actor has accused him of not allowing their children to enter the house. Now, Aaliya has shared another video where she is seen standing on the road with her kids at midnight.
Aaliya Siddiqui shared the video and alleged that her husband, Nawazuddin had thrown her and their children out of the house. Aaliya shared the video on Instagram where she can be seen outside the bungalow with her daughter and son. Both the children were seen crying. In the video she stated:
"Mai abhi Nawazuddin k ghar se aai hoon aur wahn aap meri beti ko dekh sakte hain jo ro rahi hai. Hume unke bangle se bahar nikaal diya gaya hai aur hume kaha gaya hai hum pravesh nahi kar sakte hain. Mujhe samjh nahi aarha ki apne bacche ke saath kahan jaaun. Mere paas bas 80 rupay hain. Jaane k liye ghar nahi hai aur paise bhi nahi. Mujhe nahi pata, Nawazuddin iss tarah se kaise vyabhaar kar skte hain. Nawazuddin aap mere bacchon ke saath jo kar rahe hain mai kabhi maaf nhi kar sakti. Mai aap ko sabhi ko dikhana chahti hoon ki mere bacche itni raat tak kaise safar kar rhe hain. Aadhi raat hai aur mai sadkon par fasi hoon mujhe nahi pata mujhe apne bacche ke saath kahn jaana hai. "

In the video, Aaliya can be seen on the road with her kids at midnight. Aaliya has claimed that Nawazuddin has forced her to stay in this condition. As a result, their children are hungry, and even the roof over their heads has been snatched away. Aaliya has alleged that Nawazuddin has thrown her and their children out of the house. Alongside the video, she penned a note, and an excerpt from the same can be read as:
"This is the truth of Nawazuddin Siddiqui who did not even spare his own innocent children..when after being in the house for 40 days I stepped out as office bearers at Versova police station called me urgently..but when I went back to the house with my children Nawazuddin siddiqui had deputed a number of guards to not let us in.. me and my children were bruetly left by this man to be on the road.. my daughter could not believe that her own father can do this to her and was howling and crying on the road.. thankfully one of my relatives took us in her one room house."
She further mentioned in her post that she is sharing the videos to show the reality of her husband, Nawazuddin. She also suggested the actor to hire a better PR agency that should have logical plans. In her words:
"This small mentality and this cruel planning of throwing me and my children out of the house and bringing us to the roads just shows how small this man Nawazuddin Siddiqui is..sharing three videos where you can see the reality of this man. And now as expected from you .. your pr agency is circulating false and deceitful information all around the media.. It is such a joke that people who are appointed by you and who get salary from you are not letting you go inside your own house.. I really suggest that you need a better Pr agency who has more logical plans for you... don't worry Nawazuddin Siddiqui you can not break me our my children ..I am a citizen of a country where justice prevails and I shall get it soon."

On February 24, 2023, Nawazuddin's wife, Aaliya took to her Instagram handle and posted a video. Aaliya talked about the ordeal she had been going through. Aaliya revealed that her husband wanted the custody of their kids. She also revealed that he is not a good father and is using his powers to steal her kids. Aaliya also added that she had given him the best years of her life, and as she faces financial loss, her husband is trying to make her weak. She penned:
"A great actor who tried to be a great human being. His heartless mother who calls my innocent child illegitimate, and this bad man remains silent- A rape complaint (with proof) has been filed against him at Versova police station yesterday itself. Whatever happens, I will not let my innocent children go in these heartless hands."
