1 cucumber (unpeeled)
A few fresh mint leaves
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
Puree cucumber and mint leaves in a blender.
Take a small bowl and add the puree, coconut oil and sugar to it. Stir until combined.
Transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate.
Use it whenever you want for a refreshing feeling at any time of the day.
Ground oatmeal is well-known to soothe and heal everything from acne to sunburn to dry, flaky skin. Given its gentle nature, it is also ideal for those with sensitive skin.
2 tablespoons yoghurt/curd
2 tablespoons ground oatmeal
1 tablespoon honey
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

1 cup coconut oil
1-2 cups sugar
3-4 tablespoons orange zest
6-8 drops orange essential oil or 3-4 tablespoons of orange juice
Take a bowl and combine the coconut oil, sugar, orange juice/essential and orange zest and give it a good mix.
Store it in the fridge and use it as needed.

Spoon the scrub into an airtight container.

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup coconut oil
6-8 drops of favourite essential oil (lavender, lemon and vanilla)
Pulse rose petals in a food processor until they become coarse.
Combine the powder with 2 cups of sugar, 2/3 cup of coconut oil and 6-8 drops of your favourite essential oil.
Blend the mixture nicely with a spoon and store in an airtight container.
Shelf life: 1-2 months or until the sugar melts away
