On July 30, 2026, reports suggested that the 29-year-old actor quietly married his long-term partner, Veronica Leahov, over a year after their engagement.
Now, coming to who Veronica is and what she does. She is an interior designer who founded VEROH, a luxury home and bedding brand. The New York-based professional started gathering work experience before she graduated with a Master's degree from the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology in November 2022. Veronica began her career at the Rockwell Group in New York in December 2019. She started there as an intern for four months, after which she decided to return to the position the following summer.
Veronica performed her Rockwell role for seven months, from May 2021 to November 2021. As per her website, she has worked alongside designer and architect David Rockwell, who apparently became her "mentor." According to Veronica, "The clean lines and bold shapes of his designs left an indelible impression. I learnt that sophistication is the ultimate luxury."
Veronica last worked for Restoration Hardware (RH) as a commercial interior designer. She stayed with the company for 4 years and 2 months before leaving in December 2025, per her LinkedIn profile. It is worth noting that Veronica's website reveals her love for interior design. An excerpt from the same can be read as:
"My focus is on what I love best: exclusive private residences and holiday homes in the beautiful environs of New York, Hamptons, and London."
As for Veronica Leahov's personal life, she was born in Moldova. For those unfamiliar with the area, it lies between Romania and Ukraine. After being raised there, she lived in Belgium for a couple of years, from 2014 to 2017. Later, Veronica moved to New York City to pursue a degree in interior design. According to her LinkedIn profile, Veronica graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Jacob Batalon and Veronica Leahov reportedly began dating in 2019. The couple largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight and were only occasionally seen attending red carpets together. After about six years of dating, Jacob went down on one knee for his ladylove and popped the question. In March 2025, he surprised Veronica by proposing to her in front of a heart-shaped structure filled with red roses. Sharing the news on Instagram, she wrote:
"A lifetime of us!!!! I never imagined my heart could hold so much love and feel such depth of emotion."
Now, after over a year since the engagement, Jacob and Veronica reportedly tied the knot in an intimate ceremony. Notably, he once revealed what kind of wedding he and his ladylove wanted. After their engagement, while talking to Entertainment Tonight on the Novocaine red carpet, Jacob shared that he and Veronica are currently "enjoying the engagement" for the time being. However, he added that they do, in fact, have some specific wedding plans in mind.
The actor stated that he wanted some adobo and would like to wear Aloha shirts instead of a traditional tuxedo. Sharing Veronica's desire, Jacob revealed that she wants their big day to be held in Lake Como, Italy. We hope the couple's wishes got fulfilled.
